Kiosk development Self-ordering · payment · ticketing · AI kiosk company
A kiosk is not a screen, it is a place. Where the line stalls, where older customers get stuck, what happens when the receipt paper runs out — that is all part of the design.
When to bring this to us
If any of these applies, it is time to consider Kiosk development.
- Labor costs push you to make ordering or check-in self-service
- Orders need to sync with your existing POS or booking system
- You need check-in and queue numbers, as in clinics and public offices
- Off-the-shelf rental kiosks do not fit your menu or workflow
Kiosk development: what we build
Pick only what you need. We do not pad the scope with features you will not use.
Ordering · payment kiosk
Menu selection, options and set menus, card and easy-pay payment, receipt and order-number printing in one flow, including handing orders to the kitchen display (KDS) or POS.
Self check-in · queue management
Clinic check-in, service counters and visitor registration — issue a number and show the queue, with the waiting display and call system built together.
Ticketing · booking check
Event and venue ticketing, booking-number lookup and QR check-in to shorten on-site waiting.
AI kiosk
Voice ordering, camera-based crowd and age detection, recommended menus. Since stores rarely have a GPU server, we build these as on-device software running on an ordinary PC.
Hardware selection · installation
Touch monitors, card readers, receipt printers, scanners and stands chosen for the site, with installation and commissioning. Software alone often does not run on site.
Remote management · incident response
With several units you need to see remotely which one is off or out of paper. Bulk menu and price changes, status monitoring and remote restart are handled from the admin.
